Trent is weaker defensively but I think it’s a myth how bad people say he is. A lot of the time he’s caught or of position because of how klopp wants him to play, not his fault it’s the risk klopp takes

Virgl steps across to help trents defensive role because Trent is pushed up higher than regular right backs. Recently James probably gets forward 3 or 4 times a game. That's what Trent does in the first 15 minutes of a game. Trent is levels above James
