Speaking as someone who desperately wants Man City's cheating dominance of this league to come to an end… I'll be shocked if it's Arsenal who stops it. They've certainly turned themselves around and become a force, but they've got a long engrained culture of bottling it that will take a little more time to overcome before they become true Champions again.
