Here is my take,would Marcus on the French team be worse than Mbappe NO! Has I seen Tashford out play Mbappa 3 out of 4 times in head to head competition? YES! Marcus has the skills, the only two things he is behind on is his close quarters play and his finishing, he can fix both!

Oh for goodness sake MR is not even slightly near Mbappe's world class, those 2 goals by MR were terrible goalkeeping errors by Ward, the free kick was on target yes but completely savable nowhere near the top corner, the other goal was a lucky deflection through Wards legs.
I hope all this hype boosts MR's value and United cash in on him in January this player spat the dummy out for 3 seasons completely downed tools for his club and possibly country, now he is playing for a huge contract extension at United, but not for me far too inconsistent and still not a proven goal scorer and has poor football intelligence.
Mount, Foden, Saka, Wilson, Kane are far better players than MR.😂
For gods sake man. 2 goals against a poor, poor wales side. A free kick which should have been saved by goalkeeper moved early, and a regular goal after scrappy defending.
Some reality checks are needed here. Rashford isn’t world class. England have had the easiest group. He has played awfully and almost non-existently with Man U this season and the previous 2 seasons – should not be in the squad in the first place.
He is an average player, who has bright moments. Just like any player. Compare him to Leandro Trossard, pulisic, Bowen. Take a breath, take a step back. He does his job as a goal scoring, fast winger SOMETIMES.
He scored against Iran and Wales. Nothing special

The Mbappe thing is obviously click bait but Rashford as per was awful against Wales.
Lost count of how many times he gave it away in the first half, missed a one on one and the goals were both straight at the keeper… any good goalie saves the free kick and the second is a typical Rashy shot… they occasionally go in because he’s 8 yards out.
Man of the match over Walker or Rice is ridiculous, he didn’t do anything good and somehow people buy into this 😂

the entire english media and non united fans are forgetting the last 18 months he was overplayed with a broken back/messed up shoulder that he needed surgery and loads of recovery and a preseason to slowly fix
