Great insight Sean up the yid army
Sean, mate. We can be certain that Johan Lange already has a portfolio of quality European players, but Ange will only be interested in those that suit his system. Let's hope that there is at least one or more left centrebacks, and one or more leftbacks are on his list – as that's where our priorities lay. We must strengthen there before we look at other positions. I am not bothered about strengthening in midfield until the summer. We have ample cover with Hojbjerg/Skipp, and Bentancur will be back in a month. Up front we are in unknown territory even when everyone is fit. Just how good are Solomon, Johnson, Veliz. Neither have played enough minutes to judge them. Richarlison has yet to prove himself, and that just leaves us with proven attackers, Kulusevski and Son. I am a big fan of Kulusevski, and although he has 2 goals and 2 assists in 8 games, fans want to see more debut-season, end-product from him. There are 12 games to go before the January transfer window. If the squad stays fit and we don't lose key players, then we will be free to prioritise our main targets. Let's hope that Johan Lange has a few relatively unknown, under-the-radar targets in mind. COYS.
we NEED nusa
Nusa just made his Norway debut in September, and he immediately became just as important as Γdegaard and Haaland for them.
did you see,the atletic, did a piece on alejo veliz.
he once in a game, whistled while a attacking player went trough on goal,he stopped bec of alejo and they got the ball
In all this I hope Lange don't muddy the waters for Ange and over rides Ange picks, we have seen it a lot in the past at Spurs.
Sean, I don't want us to move Bryan Gil on. I have a firm belief he's going to be a major asset to the team in the coming years and he fits Ange's system perfectly. All the previous comments about him not being strong enough on the ball are nonsense, and those comments are usually made by people who've hardly seen him play in the last few years. I believe he's 'muscled up' a little since he first joined us, and anyway, a player of his size, and in his position, should have a low centre of gravity and can ride tackles, which he can and frequently does. I'd be gutted if we sold him because I think he could be the answer to a bunch of questions for Ange and for all of us. πββ
I would hope that anyone we do manage to bring in, would be played in whatever position suits them best. Surely, that's one of the main reasons why we'd buy anyone.Horses for courses as they say.
Regarding Nusa, why not buy him and loan him back to Bruges for a season (or two) like we've done with Vukovski at Hajduk?
Yago Santiago needs minutes this season
What happened to jota.
Sean, I agree with you 90% of the time. However Buchanan is a horrific player, a league 1 player at best. His control and decision making is shocking. Please go back at take a closer look.
Why donβt we go for Osimhen or Toney. We want to win the league Now. Hello.
The future can wait.
I'd be very excited for a top RWer that would allow Kulu to be used in the center of the pitch.
Another great update. Look forward to hopefully catching up 26/11.
Day 245 of Seany warning us about stretching your hamstring
What about Jota? Heβs got to be one of the best left wingers in Europe ? Iβd have him at spurs in a heartbeat!
If we get both title chalengers
If the squad needs a left winger, what was the reason for buying Brennan Johnson and Soloman? isn't that their position?
Gday ! You know mate, we do need indeed a knick name for the faithful 19k plus in Sean's Army ! The Flat Caps or Flat cap Army ( more likely mob π) ain't bad lol.
Since we are focusing on the wingers as you say , both those lads ,sound brilliant ,but Olsen, does indeed sound the better choice .
If Paratici ,is there , only proves to be a positive. I'm sure Big Ange would have given him, he's shopping list as well.
Kuluchevski is all left foot
Don't rate him
Big up Sean πͺ think we should try and secure Jota, he would fit in perfectly to our team, can play right or left, good with both feet and scores and assists, he would be my first choice!
Two quality players, would take either one of them, maybe if we got Lange earlier we could have got Diaby instead of Johnson which would have been a better signing imo, plus cheaper.
Another great vid mate. Your due diligence makes your arguments and rationale hard to argue with
1:37 – "fullbacks that rely on their ability to spread their legs…" ππ Jesus, Sean – what are you into mate!? π€£
We can get both Skov Olsen & Nusa. And we MUST send our academy talents on loan because they will be just as good as Nusa and Olson, I firmly believe that
Why she some doubting Kulusevski 's performances, the player has the highest xg in tge whole premier league???
Bryan Gil must be given a chance under Postcoglu, including Giovanni Lo Celso. I think these 2 may have something to offer under Big Ange.
The procrastinator. Left wing / right wing. What to do? Bryan Gil the unknown quantity under Ange. Brennan Johnson fragile until back up to speed. Manor Solomon out to the New Year and Ivan Perisic maybe gone for good. Spurs well placed and keeping pace but with a shallow squad. With some pixie dust and club support we could accelerate from the middle la e to the fast lane.
