I'm a bit tired of this "he can't play with his feet" argument, He is as bad in the most important areas, almost all of the goals he conceded I'm 90% sure would have been saved by Kepa.
We have spent 30M to get worse in one of the most important area of the game, and wether people like or not Kepa he is a great goalkeeper and everyone seems to have an agenda against him for a few longshots he takes a season. Was he a worldclass goalkeeper ? No but definitely a great one and a big reason why we didnt get relegated last season
He’s made a few mistakes, but he’s also had a few phenomenal games. Most of the mistakes are distribution related. May improve in that area with more time with the team. Either way, he’s worth the patience, IMO.
That mistake Sanchez made was unacceptable Chelsea would have won that game

i think petrovic should be chelsea's number 1 and gallagher should have gotten that pass he showed that he was scared in that game palmer should be considered for the number 10

His chief attribute is his cost. Made save of the month? So did Kepa last season. Kepa never made the distribution mistakes as Sanchez has in multiple matches, Brighton stands out. He’s shown his level. Time to try Petrovic.
If you have a keeper who cant play with his feet, then dont ask him to. Play to his strengths

Play Petrovic. Sanchez needs to feel his mistake. This is why we have 2 keepers.
The only problem with Sanchez is his distribution. He gets that right and would be a great goal keeper. I like his calmness
In my books Enzo was the one that reacted the least in that dilemma. Through out the 2nd half Enzo was just a shadow.

There needs to be competition for position and this will create an enthusiasm of wanting to perform to the top of the game for most of our lads
No goalkeeper is stopping that Trossard goal unless he hits it straight at the goalie. That was a collective failure.
Sanchez did not cost Chelsea the game. He played a part in costing us the game.
Bloggers told us Kepa should go but Kepa’s distribution of the ball was far better than Sanchez who seems to be as bad as Mendy.
Imagine our defenders have to babysit Rob Sanchez by staying wide and giving him simple safe passes… For even that to backfire. Our defenders occupied much more natural positions when Kepa had the ball. Kepa really helped us play out of the back simply by not being awful. But its rare that good keepers can pass – See David Raya for reference

Bring back Petre Check-he is still better than we have had in the near past. Just joking but Sanch looked lost at times. Great saves but cost Chelsea 2 points and nearly 3. Kepa was the same so who next. We were interested in Onanna as well so we saved 25 mill on this deal. Great teams have a great keeper. Man C Liverpool Real M. What about Arsenals No2 (Ramsdale) now Raya has taken over. Lets be honest here, Raya was as bad at times. I like the Aston Villa keeper but who would you go for????

For me, there is this specific gut feeling you get from certain players. And the goalkeeper position magnifies this sense of security and calm or nerve-wracking fear and uncertainty! And honestly, my face usually turns into "trying to fart through diarrhea without making a mess" when Sanchez does anything. So, yeah… My gut feeling tells me to watch out 😂
Sanchez has made at least 1 passing error in each of his games this season. Arsenal just had the quality to capitalise where others didnt. At this rate, he will be a target with teams pressing him with more players and because he can't pass, we will have to drop back or have him punt possession back to the opposition instead of setting up in advanced positions to play through the press. Sanchez's football skills affects the whole team's setup when the ball is in our half and curtails our ability to quickly jump from defence to attack.

Sanchez doesn't cut it for a club like Chelsea and is certainly not an upgrade to Kepa. We need a class keeper.
Time for petrovic to bench Sanchez, he's taller than keeper yet still misses Arial balls like that against arsenal. He's calculations is poor, he's not compose enough, errors upon errors when playing out from the back
Chelsea is cursed. You let a good goal keeper in Eduoward Mendy go and now have this lunatic as a goal keeper. I have lost hope in the management. All the chelsea players right now are breast suckling babies and cannot perform, not in 4 years from now.
