Ramsdale should go to Man United
He feels sorry for him because he’s English, nothing else. Didn’t hear these same pundits feeling sorry for Leno when Ramsdale came in and replaced him even though Leno had arguably been Arsenals best, or most consistent player for a few seasons.
These same pundits say they’d have Pickford over Ramsdale for England but don’t think Arsenal should pick Spains current number 1 over Ramsdale?
I like Ramsdale, I think he’s been good at Arsenal (and definitely better than most people expected when they signed him) but if he wasn’t English and a nice guy this wouldn’t be being spoke about, that’s all it comes down to. Competition for places or getting replaced is part of football, it happens at literally every club out there.

At the top, the margins for improvement are very thin. Ramsdale's shortcomings may not be as apparent as many of us may like but if Arteta sees them we need to trust him, especially if he is getting the results to match. Ramsdale will get his go but he has to catch up in whatever Mikel thinks he needs to catch up on. Otherwise its back to Sheffo as No. 1.

nobody knew Ramsdale before Arteta brought him to Arsenal, and even when Arteta brought him in everyone thought that was a bad idea, so how can we say Arteta is being hash with him?

Good that Ramsdale is suffering and hurting from not playing, that’s what we want to hear and we want to see him push on and get his place again. Unfortunately no room for sentiments in elite professional sport, Arteta is looking at improving the team even when it’s just by fine margins.
They are both average keepers. Ramsdale is arguably better and Raya’s mistakes prove that
