I'm Chelsea fan but Caicedo also Enzo weak at shooting. Their stats recently are good but its never worth 100m+, if Lampard and Essien so I will pay that price.

Any time someone says about a player "they can only improve", they're wrong. Many don't – and tonnes of players don't live up to their potential. Which is why the finished article like Rice is undeniably a better buy right now than Caicedo.
