Barcelona Want to Sign Julian Alvarez!

This is the latest Man City news and Man City transfer news.

Barcelona have been linked with a shock move for Manchester City’s Julian Alvarez.

Alvarez has found himself playing more frequently than he did last season, making an appearance in all of Manchester City’s 13 games this season, scoring 6 goals and assisting 5 in that time.

Barcelona are looking for a long term replacement Robert Lewandowski and reports in Spain suggest Julian Alvarez is their main target.

  1. Don't know anything about Neves but we do need someone other than Phillips to learn under Rodri, just like Rodri did under Ferna. Looking forward to the game Saturday… we need to come out from the international break and make a statement against Brighton.

  2. Alvarez is causing a dilemma at Man City in that he is a good striker but not better than Haaland. He is incapable of playing as a winger and is stifling the development of Foden as a genuine 8/10. When KDB comes back and they sign Paqueta then I can't see him getting much game time.

  3. Pls dont make me laugh. Did they pay 100% Torres money? And how Cancelo deal will be? We are rich but not do charity. Not to mention he, along with Rodri and Gvardiol, are our best players

  4. This is just Spanish bullshit propaganda to make Barcelona seem big still. City and and premier league are for ahead of the old established European clubs and la liga. Its a dying league. Barca can't even afford a freddo without activating more levers.

  5. Barcelona have to be told we are NOT one of their feeder clubs. Alverez is a brilliant player and the low release clause has to be nonsense

  6. Hell No. Alvarez must not, cannot, should not leave Man City. Once I’m done watching this video, I’m going to watch a compilation of Alvarez to remind myself of how good he is.

The signing of Joao Neves would make me question what happens with Maximo Perrone.

  7. I highly doubt Alvarez will leave this year. He signed a new contract last year until 2028. He is learning english so he must want to stay for a bit. And it's not like he's not getting game time like last season. Pep literally said Alvarez is nearly undroppable. I highly doubt he'll leave soon anyway
Edit: Rodri has business degree???? He can really do everything. Never thought he'd have an interest in business

  8. Dude what's the deal? Rhey still owe us $$$, we give them Gundogan for free and we give them Cancelo too? F*** no. Alverez is a trophy magnet.

  9. Barca just admitted today they owe 200 mil plus on PAST transfers, don’t know where they’re getting the money for MORE transfers when they still haven’t paid off the old transfers. Never mind the stadium rebuild, and potential legal troubles for the president and the Negreira case.
In what world does anyone want to do business with such a clusterfuck of an organization!?
And also getting a world champion, potential generational talent for less than they paid for Eric Garcia?? They must thunk Citizens are huge morons with stories like this.
But it’s clear because the news came TODAY that it’s more bs fake news to distract from the Laporta news, just like when the Negreira case began to really take shape and accelerate they started “meeting with Messi’s camp” about “the return”. It was just a pr stunt to get people talking about anything but the scandals and corruption.
    Very transparent.

  10. NOPE as you said Bollocks season, 1st Barc can not afford it and 2nd they still owe us money from previous players 3rd City would never sell him and not need to sell him. Media crap …
