Matheus Nunes has gone on strike and told Wolves he wants to move to Manchester City.

The midfielder did not report to the club’s training ground on Sunday or Monday and will be disciplined for refusing to train.

City had a bid worth £47m rejected last week, with Wolves valuing Nunes at closer to £60m.

  1. Totally out of order how the transfer window works. Rules need to be introduced so the transfer window is concluded before a ball is kicked. That means no incoming or outgoing.

  2. He’s not that good anyway ,how many goals as he scored for wolves think he’s had more red cards than goals ,seen him have couple good games ,get rid of the big head git

  3. unprofessional hope Man City come up with the cash he's finished at wolves we won't forgive him and i dont think Pep is impressed with this behaviour, time for clubs to take back control from player power. He's been not putting in 100 percent because he thinks he's better than the club and deliberately got sent off that's not a placer you need in the trenches . Hope he never plays for wolves again and learns a lesson not to mess with Pep because no player is bigger than the club.

  4. What happens to contract signed and being a professional to the club that signed you? The leeds Gnonto did the same thing only to apologize at the end. Its dissgusting when players do that

  5. Y man city r better than other clubs is that when a player doesn't want to stay in the club they usually don't stand in his way ,if a player wants to move let him move

  6. Strike!!! He FK sign a contract in Wolf!!they should not paid his salary and keep him in the bench…… City is doing some BS!!! business…

  7. No matter how good a player is, if he doesn't have the character to be respectful and responsible, then I'm not sure if I'd want him in the long run…

  8. If any other workplace would do this to a employee not allowing him to go to another employer for work…..?? It should not be different from any other type of work. If a player wants to go you have to let him go. It might cost the player some money depending on the contract but if its ok for him let him be released. You cant force a person to work for you. That is slavery even if they get paid. City will pay good money for him so Wolves should not complain.

  9. Most of you are idiots. This is a once in a lifetime move and who would want to play on that dead team for 1 more game let alone a year 😂 He's given them a year on that trash team. End of.
