    Mason Mount to United is a transfer that is looking like a deal that might actually happen. United are interested and Chelsea are being stubborn however, it’s early in the window, there’s plenty of time for negotiating. Mount could be way too expensive and he is in some horrendous form, however if United could get him for a ‘reasonable’ price, Mount cold be a player who finds his form again under Ten Hag.       I’ve said this before, if Mount is out fourth or fifth signing I have no issue, but we have other priorities and considering how our funds are meant to be limited I wouldn’t wanna start with him especially if it’s more than the scousers are paying for MacAllister

      Seems a bit of a Donny vdB type signing, and don't we already have one of those that didn't work out? Unless we're offloading two or three midfielders I'd rather keep Sabitzer and unload some of the dead wood and then prioritise other positions Striker, CB and new keeper first

      Can challenge but the bench needs some strength a second striker and new midfielders especially a young back up to casemiro and a centre back with Maguire leaving. Next summer replace De Gea

      Chelsea fan here. Really gutted to see Mount go, and that we couldn't resolve the contract. If he goes to United, hope you guys give him the respect that many Chelsea fans simply failed to give him (despite winning 2 club POTYs and prior to this past season, one of the first names on the team sheet for any manager). He can give Bruno a rest at 10 every now and then, and adds the physicality that Eriksen no longer has. The guy's mentality is also right, I don't think you should judge him for what happened at Chelsea this past season.

      The fact that you feel you need to make this video to begin with says it all.

      If we have to be convinced on youtube that he is a good aquisition for that price, just screams that he really isn't.

      I would love to be wrong, but I think this will be a massive waste of money if we do this. Again.

      the clever business will be to leave Mount alone as he is going to be the De Jong of this transfer window get Rabiot on a free and a Lavia, Kone or a Thuram, use the Mount money for a strikers reinforcements and Get him on a free next season if you loose him you loose him

      Really don't rate Mount, even at his best he was average, rather have gone for Mac Allister or Ugarte but both have gone now

      a good addition but no more than 50M, hope they board be quick let ETH have players needed for the pre season. We cant start with loses again. Need to be up there fighting at least for top 2.

      Mount better then Sabitzer? You think bayern would ever consider him? Stop it.. he’s not even a Chelsea fan he’s like a Portsmouth fan or something.. he’s average at best., decent swayed player for 40 mil or under.. he is never starting 11 winning the league quality

      The fact he has energy legs and can pass a ball means he’s an upgrade on our old tired and non existent midfield and in that I’m including Ericsen and CaseMiro

      Just a strange bit of info. My mates a big chelski fan and is a member of a golf club in west London which mount and Pulisic have both just joined ! Take from that nothing or something 😂

      I would walk and wait for him to come to us on a free. Chelsea are just being arseholes and greedy, Mount is £40/£50 million no more, we need to clamp down on teams asking for too much and selling for too little.

      I think we need to trust the manager, if he wants a player let’s trust that, unless he gives us a reason not to. Which he hasn’t.

      I think the main thing in terms of opinion is the price compared to priority as ste said, we don’t wanna spend the majority of our budget on a position that isn’t the most in need for us atm !

      I agree he's definitely a ten haag type of player. I can see him moulding mount similar to how he had berghuis and tadic . I just hope united don't go over the 50 mil mark 😬 he's worth 40 considering his contract length and the versatility and energy he brings. Still prefer caicedo but that would mean Fred or mctominay would have to go and they aren't priority sells in my view. Don't get me wrong, they are not to the standard we need in the squad but we all know where the priority signings need to be. Depends what clubs would come in for them and how much they are willing to pay if they were to be let go this summer.

      I like him if we are getting a rice or a caicedo but they're isn't enough money for what we need I would leave him how many times this season when eriksen and bruno played today have we got overan in midfield

      Just on the note of him being a Chelsea fan. OGS used to like Liverpool massively before signing. As Steve said, Everton and Rooney is also a good argument. That should not matter if someone stays professional.
      We also talk about rice, he do support Chelsea, so is that a problem there too?

      If ten Hag wants him, then I trust him but NOT at that price. Liverpool just signed Macalister for 35mil. We should sign Mount for no more than that. Chelsea is desperate to sell. Let's gut them
