The amount of English morons in the comments is astounding! To compare this semi irrelivent tournament to the Semi finals of the World Cup is stupid at best. England played well Croatia lacked freshness and lost Vrsaljko in the first 20 mins who is pivital not only to our defense but attacking prowess. We coincided 2 very soft goals and thats that. Croatia will bring in young blood to bolster the side and qualify for Euro 2020 where I hope we meet England again.

It is time English fans should ask for a true European English team like Ireland and Wales.This England team like France, Netherlands, Belgium etc is a mercenary African team with majority black players. only Croatia, Italy, Spain, Sweden Russia among top teams have stayed with native European players. Even Germany is going to import black players, can you believe it? they are doomed. Fifa should change the nationality rules to keep international football to national identities and not make it a commercial business. you cannot tell the difference between French, Dutch or Belgian teams they are like african national teams. No offence against black players, they are great players but it would have been better If they played for their native African countriES. All know France did not win the World cup, western Africa did! I hope the remaining European teams stay European and not become another bunch of mercenary teams bought with money. England and Croatia are really closely matched, but England deserved the win today, it was a fantastic game of football played in the right spirit, there was no diving about there wasn't any ref baiting, just 2 good teams battling it out and being honest, Croatia were very gracious in defeat and show class at the end of the game also and at least their not a bunch of cheaters like certain other country's i can think of and play the game right 🙂

Zlatko Dalić is really a gentleman and a great coach. And I join his congratulations. This time England was really better and deserved to win. The Croatian national team was too much spent, physically and mentally, to fight with such a strong young and powerful team. Croatia has great players but many are on the go for a career. But I believe that Zlatko Dalic will successfully rejuvenate the team to the European Championship and that you will see Croatia again in full glory. I hope that Croatia and England will again be in the semi-finals.
