Every international break they are always roasting Southgate 😅
I don’t think this is the best England squad ever but compared to the rest of the world they are one of the best. To let southgate lead this side is criminal!
Southgate is a good man but he played as a defender and has a defenders mentality. He hasn’t the 10% extra you need to achieve trophies.
Again this divine right, this entitlement to win something or should have won something…it's embarrassing to even say they should have won the euros then have the cheek to call Italy poor when they outplayed england for 100 minutes in their own back yard. Theres always a team out there better than england. Thats been the case for 60 years!
I seen euros and world cup since 1990 and always liked to watch England. But 2018. 21 and 22 even they have entertaining players they play abit boring and seem unredeemed.
How many world class attackers does England have besides Kane?
Southgate couldnt get a job in rhe championship, hes completely useless at best
Trent is the player we needed against france. Hes got that open passing where he can see things others cant

People keep mentioning the Lampard, Gerrard & Scholes midfield as it was something special but to me, it was bang average. A lot of individual talent & they were all over the place in chemistry & never complimented each other. Only Beckham was the decent midfielder for England because he'd work his ass off & produce magical moments… Beckham in an England shirt outclassed Lampard, Gerrard & Scholes by miles, total leader & heart.
Interesting remarks. It started well but he drifted away with comments such as "Should've won the final against a poor Italy," which suggests a lack of understanding of the facts. Italy were on a long unbeaten run at the time of the final. "These players should win something" breezes over the capability of the other 31 teams that play in tournaments. Would grade this level of analysis as a solid 5 out of 10. A good effort but certainly a lot of room for improvement.
Only reason he couldnt was because he had a soft spot for the BLM movement and wanted an unexperienced player at the time like saka to take penalty… for an organisation whos founders ripped everyone off for their donations
Past generations were WAY more exciting, I pin that on the manager.
