Nah he’ll join a different English club like he had wanted to but levy wouldn’t sell him to an English club now that he’s with Bayern I can see him coming back to England next summer

Why Would you go back to Levi who has stopped him from winning titles from previous moves.
Levy has kept his options open re Kane cos he does not want another Premier League club to get him.
The only interesting thing about this is that Harry Kane would have had to agree to having that clause in the transfer contract. The guys are right that HK was becoming as much a distraction as anything, fine player though he is.

I totally disagree that Ange would be not play a high press with Kane didn’t Poch play a high press with Kane in the side? Are we better off without Kane of course not, he is an elite forward, but I do agree every season having the same conversation is he is staying or going may have been taking its toll and had an affect on the team.

Gareth Bale came back for a final season. Maybe Kane will too, although whether fans will embrace his return the way they embraced Bale's remains to be seen. Kane has alienated some fans with his comments since the departure.

Daniel levy doing a fan event for the first time in 5 years choosing a time when fans wont ask him tough questions. Buyback clause means nothing unless we know the price. And knowing levy he propably pushed kane to sign a buyback clause by keeping him locked up at the airport.

It’s Tottenham and Daniel levy mentality. Sounds like an ace deal. Sounds like he’s been a shrewd sharp savvy mother and a percentage of the fan base will be congratulating themselves for swiping another picnic basket in the transfer window.
But in reality they sold a player for far less than they could have got who didn’t get to win a trophy and who didn’t even get the all time premier league scoring record (not that it matters a whole hill of beans) and are no closer to winning anything anyway.
First refusal on a 34 year old Harry Kane is not great business and not something levy should be whoring out in front of the fans for polite applause. This tells me that there’s still not a genuine real tangible plan post Kane at spurs and that a serious part of the thinking in levy’s mind for post Kane spurs is to maybe resign Kane. Stating the obvious that he is not a 22 year old player who may be coming into his prime in four years.
Down the road arsenal signing up long term all their stars in a rebuilt reenergised revitalised side that is competing at the top and can be added to in order to improve.
Spurs plan for the future may involve a player who didn’t win anything the first time around.
