More lies and deception, an attempt to obscure the clear signs of the crime committed by the refereeing team and the video camera against Liverpool FC and its broad fans. Wrong refereeing decisions are repeated on the field and appear to every observer to be intentional against Liverpool FC
Dermot is a disgrace by trying to under play it as much as he can. Trying to act like it its a mistake and nothing more.
I've never once heard Dermot say something different from what's obvious yet they bring him on for his insight. Having a referee ego is crazy 💀literally no one cares that much, you are a ref bro
Isn’t this the ref who made the mistake at the Utd vs wolves game?
On the pitch, it's a mistake sat in front of a TV screen that's not a mistake .it's Corrupt
if the rules are all we can follow and no common sense allowed lets have no referees and make it all video, right?
The mistake excsue card again daylight robbery
Your still not giving us all of the information!!! What was the length of time between the VAR decision being incorrectly given and the re-start of play???? I don't want to know the length of time between the incorrect decision and half time. I don't care if the referee didn't know if VAR had messed up (as a matter of fact, I don't want the referee to know, because they might try and 're-balance' the game). How long did the VAR team sit there for, with an incorrect decision, before the game re-started again? 10 seconds? 1 minute???? Why wouldn't players now just re-start the game ASAP after a VAR decision, just in case it was wrong? Rugby had this issue about 4 years ago (players would take the conversation asap after a try, just in case there was a check going on) and has allowed referees a greater amount of time to return to a decision. Football, I would imagine, will just carry onto the next time it happens.
More than a mistake dermot. It needs investigating an not just the liverpool game……
This is not just a mistake by one human. This is complete system breakdown
At this point its criminal! Titles are decided on such dodgy decisions!
Spurs fan will say they’re being robbed 😂
I refuse to believe he thought the goal was given he obviously knew the goal wasn't given everyone knew the linesman flagged we all could see
I remember when this happened to Arsenal I wanted us to take legal action of some sort.
"Teehee I am sorry"
Then they proceed the next game week like nothing happened, or at best whoever responsibe is demoted to championship for a match then comeback clowning again in prem week later.
At minimum, score should be overturned to 2-2, or game replayed. But they'll never do it because of all the other rules and regulations
A mistake that must always come with fines. Henceforth the referees both on field and the VAR room should pay certain amount for every damage they cause to the beautiful game. Millions of people all over the globe don't seem to come to terms with the 'human error'.
This singular error has negatively affected so many fans across the globe. Totally horrendous.
Im a United fan and that’s borderline criminal. The ref should be suspended without pay for at least 2 weeks.
1. Jones sending off, ref was presented with a still for a while on the screen.
2. For a ref to drop a team to 9 players the ref has to be absolutely certain whereas the both sending offs were not clear and obvious becasue theyre dividing opinions
3. Guys at VAR had a jolly in UAE 48 hours before – the owners of man city
4. Man city dropped points just before this game allowing lfc to take the lead.
Way too many coincidences.
Just get rid of var sus years is long enough time to get it right which they’d toll somehow can’t get it right
The VAR ref Needs an approver not an assistant. Someone above him to approve the decision before it goes out. With the correct process there should be no human error
The mistake was made by Hooper by not allowing Díaz's legal goal for who knows why. Darren England and Dank Cook in the VAR room knew that Díaz's goal was legitimate and legal, why didn't they tell Hooper, hey man, you were wrong, Liverpool also took the lead with the man advantage? In other words, the VAR assistants should be banned forever because they did not make a mistake, they cheated and they should be fined for the damage they caused to Liverpool.
It was a 'fix' , not a mistake, not an error, a trained monkey would have got that call right.
The more I think about this the more it stinks. Why did they (VAR Ref) not tell the Ref he had made a mistake, they are professionals. Why did none of his assistant Var refs tell the ref?
This is not a VAR error but onfield ref. error.
Even as viewer i didn't understand whether the decision given was 1. a goal pending offside check.
2. Offside check to rule out offside to allow goal decision.
Whose job was it to communicate this.
It's obviously a terrible decision that lost Liverpool a point, but let's not pretend shocking decisions don't lose teams points every other week. If this forces VAR to be better going forward, it's a good thing for everybody.
error after error after error. how long before there is accountability? absolute trash
This goes beyond club loyalty. This isnt even about Liverpool's or any one club. These jokers are literally ruining our game.
Offsides need to be automated like the world cup it's either offside or not you can't make decisions using lines and different camera angles.
The refs wanted Liverpool to lose so they made it happen. Cheating is a mistake but we are human its fine
If they very quickly new the decision the ref made bye giving free kick!!!instead of starting game from the re/start GOAL WHY DID THEY NOT STOP THE GAME /FARCE PISH NO Excuse needed /replay the game is the only way LFC WILL not give this up rightly so ……
