I'm a city fan and I think its a red card all day long. He raised his hands twice because Gibbs-White got into his head. Rodri surprised me because he carrys himself as someone who is quite mature for his young age but this was a moment of madness from him. With VAR present now you can't get away with this shit anymore, hopefully this will be a learning experience for him.
Regards to Arsenal, I'm pretty worried about the situation now. Rodri being unavailable is a huge miss, as I don't think Phillips is anywhere near Rodri as a replacement. Now the pressure will be on Nunes or Kovacic who are new to this side to provide calmness in the middle. Won't be easy for sure.
