Ramsdale’s issue was never shot-stopping. It’s his decision making in coming out of goal to stop a set piece then ending up in no mans land. Happened today again, lucky it wasn’t punished.

Raya had a good game on the weekend but those two goals he conceded were poor, he didn't react to either until after the ball was in the net. Ramsdale needs a chance to prove himself
I personally think Ramsdale is as good as Raya if not better and I think his ceiling is higher but it's up to the manager who he thinks is better.
I think arsenal fans are being sucked into the media, they all now think Ramsdale is just this average keeper that would never start for a top 6 club but meanwhile Bayern Munich and Chelsea are eyeing him up. 5 months ago when Ramsdale signed his new contract he was considered to be the most expensive goalkeeper in the world. He has won the pfa goalkeeper of the season, he has been nominated for the goalkeeper of the year award and he was part of the reason arsenal were in the title Race.
Raya is a fantastic goalkeeper but he isn't better than Ramsdale. That isn't disrespectful to Raya, it's more a sign of how good Ramsdale is because I do think Raya is one of the best goalkeepers in the league but I think Ramsdale is better

If you would’ve watched this game closely than you would’ve noticed that Ramsdale is afraid to come out of his line to catch crosses from set pieces etc. that’s a huge weakness of him and something that Raya is much better at.
We all need to stop with this Raya is clearly the better keeper the back line is far not comfortable with him back there. On top of that he’s better on his feet and a great passer. Ramsdale didn’t have a great game was very anxious and that infects the whole back line. Yes ramsdale kept the lights on but raya is clear of him
