Palmer, on balance I would keep him. Brighton like to play hard-ball and so do West Ham so I would pay them in kind.

Selling Cole Palmer will be a huge, huge mistake,he has to be given a chance not 10 minutes here and there he can not prove anything, he needs game time, and I'm sure hell come good and fill the void of Marhez, what is the use of having an excellent Academy and only using now and again,I say keep Cole and give the lad a good chance
Lots of strange BS going on this window and this is starting to look like the Rice saga. Maybe there is genuine interest but maybe also a little game is being played here , I would keep my eyes on PSG. The third/next target for me is still Olise . If City do go all in for Paqueta that would be great as well.
Keep Palmer, Doku looks like Viniciis jnr vol 2, he is what we need
