  1. Definitely a red card, but might be a blessing in disguise as he needs a rest, otherwise he would get an injury. Time for Phillips to prove himself.

  2. I like that Rodri has become a louder fiestier player the last 2 seasons or so but he needs to be careful. Just like Fernandinho has temper has risked getting him in trouble and this is the difference between winning the Premier league title or not. Silly boy.

  3. As Evra said Arsenal are babies.
They dont know how to win titles yet. I m more worried about Liverpool.
Even if arsenal win at emirates they dont have minerals to lift PL imo.

  4. There was no comment to Rodri he was taken out just before the red card incident and the ref completely ignored it which made Rodri mad and it spilled over. Stupid all round but ultimately if the ref does his job it doesn't get to that point. Rodri still needs to control himself frustrating all match, ref let them boot us

  5. Steven, when you said Rodri is human I say that is confirmation coming from a spiritual place, to the pessimistic, weak City fans I say shame on you, I forgive you Rodri, I love you, what you did was wrong even if you were provoked, to the rival fans/ clubs, I’ll have you know that Manchester City will be just fine winning everything ❤ God Bless Manchester City 🙏🏽🇯🇲

  6. Steven Rodri screwd himself and all the minutes the backups would have had had he lost his mind. Let's not concern ourselves with Arse(nal). For me that's how a team looses focus…

  7. City will be fine without rodri. Pep thrives under situations like this and I'm sure City will continue winning as he thinks of another genius idea to get them going

  8. Bernardo will be back against Wolves and fit for Arsenal. It'll be Nunez, Bernado, Foden in midfield. Doku, Halaand Grealish upfront. I'm not afraid one bit. We'll still trash them gunners.

  9. It seemed exaggerated to me how Pep took Rodri's red card, changing the entire game plan, i think by putting Nunes as a center midfielder we could continue to have the ball and generate scoring plays, when he took out Doku he freed Montiel and they were the best moments of the NF game, removing Julián took away Phil's association and the team became very discouraged, as they dedicated themselves to defending the result. I would have liked not to move away from our style of play, it cannot be that if Rodri leaves we will have to dedicate ourselves to defending.

  10. Following up from the match preview, what a game! Bought a rodri kit, must’ve jinxed it. But what a first half, solid performance in the second. Met some awesome blues in Joe’s. Great club and great people. We’re fucking inevitable

  11. We all know that Man City is Barcelona here in England. Why did I say that? The first half was just brilliant and awesome to watch City in full flow, keeping circulation of the ball, the movement of the players on and off the ball. It was just so so good to watch. It was like watching Barcelona of old, with Messi, Thierry Henry, Villa, Neymar and Puyol etc. I was delighted with such a brilliant performance. I was not too happy when this brilliant type of football came to an end in the second half with Rodri getting himself sent off.

  12. This present City squad, I am repeating this again this present City squad is just brilliant, awesome and amazing. This Man City team could be the best ever I have seen. With the addition of these new players I have never scene a team as so complete.

  13. Rodri's a fiery competitor! And he simply lost his head in the heat of battle. I think he's earned the benefit of the doubt at this point. He will learn from this. This is a great opportunity for Kalvin Phillips to step up for his club! I have a feeling Pep will embrace this challenge over the next 3 games. How big would it be for Manchester City to win all 3 of these games? Including beating Arsenal at the Emirates, missing their 2 best players(KDB, Rodri)?! Adversity reveals your character. I have faith Man City will display their's. Let's go men! C'mon CITY!!!🙌💙
