I like the way they didn't sign him cos he is poor in scoring and weak in shooting a hot shot..I have watched his ball..and saw how he plays..the only thing he knows how to do is marking.

Chelsea failure to sign ugarte is good because we have alot of midfielder to use next season e.g enzo, kante, hall, and others
