Ghanaian sensation Mohammed Kudus has had to be patient and wait for David Moyes to give him his West Ham debut. The Hammers face FK TSC Bačka Topola in the Europa League opener and I expect Kudus and Konstantinos Mavropanos to feature from the start.

Just watching.
I think that 3 man midfield looks terrible
First time we tried it we looked slow and predictable. Soucek came off, Beni came in and we sprang to life
We looked ponderous against city at times
If this becomes the default, it will be another step on the Moyes "safe first, last and always" which makes us so easy to beat
Paquetta should play in the middle. If that means Soucek has to go on the bench, so be it

What about Paquetta left, Fornals no 10, Kudus, on right and Mubama up front. Also Fabianski, Emerson, Ogbonna, Mavropanos, Coufal with Kehrer in front of back four. JWP and Soucek centre midfield.

I think Kudus was supposed to be Paqueta's replacement, but the out-and-out 10 which Moyes had been trying to sign for a couple of years. Paqueta didn't leave, so Kudus will probably be tried in the front three positions. Maybe he'll prove himself to be Bowen or Antonio's successor, or maybe he will eventually replace Paqueta. I read an Ajax fan say Kudus works best in a free role. I can't see Moyes giving both Paqueta and Kudus a free role.

I suspect Kudus is that difference we haven’t seen before, real speed and dribbling on the counterattack.
We now appear to have a good squad of players, Moyes has got to break his obsession with selecting his favourite’s regardless of form and rotate, rotate, rotate COYI ⚒️
Soucek should be on the bench, he's just not the same player he was 3 years ago. Benrahma is a difficult one as he's capable of being a very good player but can also go missing in games. I don't know what Kudus' best position is, but I assume Moyes him bought for the left-wing so he doesn't need to play Fornals or Paqueta there. As always, he should be building a team around the strength of his players, rather than forcing them into his system.

It is incredible the way one fan will tell you Benny was our best player last season, and then the next will tell you he was the worst. I think his goals and assists last season should tell the story, but I agree his drop in form this season is concerning. But as someone else has pointed out in the comments here, you wouldn't see City playing De Bruyne out wide – so why on earth is Moyes playing our most creative midfielder in Paqueta out of position to accommodate Soucek, who has been out of form since his first season with us? David Moyes has some kind of messiah complex with his belief he can play any player out of position and make them brilliant there
I think the best idea is playing kudus & paq almost as interchangeable LCM & LW with Emerson supporting from LB – would see some lovely football between the 3 of them…

Benrahma is the most over rated West Ham player in my lifetime. 10 goals last season but from memory only 1 or 2 in open play in over 50 games
When Benny performs poorly even as a substitute affects us and can be considered as the silly mistakes we are talking about that costs us, he needs to step up but I can only see him as a sub for now
We gotta stop this playing players outta their natural positions? I don't know much about Kudus but I do know he plays as an attacking midfielder or on the right wing which some say is his best position I don't know? But we got someone in the coaching staff who does in Heitinga so Moyes better be bloody listening to him.
For me, Kudus's best position is on the right wing. So, play hime in that position. aqueta on the let and Bowen in the centre. I also saw that if Liverpool do buy Bowen, he will be areplacement for Saleh. So Jurgen Kopp will play him as a striker.
I can’t see D.M replacing any of his favourite four in midfield Alvarez, Soucek, Ward-Prowse and Paqueta in the premier league to find away to play Kudus for one of them.
I think D.M is not seeing the full quality Paqueta could bring our team if he was played further forward in the middle of a frint three just behind Antonio than on the left wing or in midfield he would be able to be more in the positions to open up teams more attacking.
God only knows how many starts Kudus will make in the premier league I wouldn’t of thought it will be to many.
I hope D.M don’t make to many changes otherwise it could come back and bite us. What really bugs me we try so hard to get into Europe via the premier league position when we get there the next season he makes changes in a group game I hardly call it D.M taking it seriously it’s important we finish top of the group we have to get the points as soon as possible don’t mess around resting loads of players.
He should be playing the premier league keeper in the UEFA Europa league matches and he should maybe rest one or two at the most there players left out.
They supposed to be athletes fit men they should be able to play two games a week it’s not like you only have one sub or three subs you can make he can make 5 subs so there is no excuse to rest loads of premier league starters in the group games.
I hope to see Kudus start looking forward to seeing him get games under his belt, if D.M is going to rest some players he had to pick players he can trust and are in the brink of being picked in the first team in the premier league.
I don’t fancy Benny’s chances getting a look in now we got Kudus coming on in second half’s 5 minutes until the end of games 🙈 Benny has been great for us in his time with us but needs to do much more than what he’s doing when he plays. I hope D.M don’t leave benny out in the cold to long as we need a confident benny when he get his chance.

The only player kudus will eventually replace in the team is soucek as he’s the weak link.
We bloody well better start Kudus all this hanging about by D.M to he gets D.M proven before he gives a new signing a chance does my head in he’s top quality he should be in the team he’s fast and scores goals.
In the prem I'd like to see Kudos and Bowen play on the wings and swap wings 4-5 times throughout the games. Keep the opposing full backs on their toes and both get a crack on the right and get to switch it up. Paqueta must stay central to link up with both wingers on matter what side the ball is on
Tbh i want to see cornet start tomorrow on the left with kudus on the right fornals in the middle and maybe ings up top

I think Mr M's preference is to start with a 4 1 4 1, with Alvarez behind Bowen, Soucek, JWP and Paqueta. I thinks he values Tomas in this formation because he can be good in the air defensively, from corners and coming into the box late supporting an attack.
Then when he feels the time is right, (usually around the 60th minutes) Mr M wants to go to his Plan B, changing to a 4 3 3, taking off Soucek and introducing the extra attacker. But the other part of the Plan B is replacing Antonio, when he inevitably tires. It is possible Mr M see Kudus as a false 9 coming on for Mickey, in which case Benny is still in with a shout as that left sided attacker?
The other factor is (although he was woeful going forward up against Kyle Walker at the weekend) defensively Benny has improved a great deal over the past year or so, and we all know how much Mr M loves a defensively minded footballer. Even Antonio is given a defensive role from corners and free kicks etc. So I think Benny may well still have a place in Mr M's plans for the time being.
Having said all that, his form going forward and his finishing, his crosses will need to improve enormously, he has been dross lately.
Fans blow too much in incoming players. then in no time they turn their backs at them and start slagging them .How much was said about Scam ,Vlas,Cornet, Kral & many more without taking into account (DO THEY FIT IN MOYES SIT BACK TACTICS). With Moyes it's either (Adapt or Get lost). I PERSONNALLY NO LONGER RECONISE BENRAHMA I KNEW , and that's because of Moyes way. Simple : Take it or Leave it.
