Boehly passion is not a problem at all. What got us here is competency in retaining key employees or replacing as needed with competent ones. Is obvious that it taking to long and is been done poorly. Is not up to par with a big club. The buffoonery needs to stop. We need a football guy who is clearly in charge and trusted to make the right decisions.

your point about american sports being chill and laidback from a fans perspective is only relevant for the top sports leagues where there are a bunch of franchises. when it comes to the Olympics, where national teams compete, there's always pressure on the US to do well in most sports.

Poch and Boehly will agree to linger the decision until this season is over. Now of them want Poch to take over with the current over staffing issue. Let him start with a fresh team that he is happy to manage. Get rid of the excess ASAP. Boehly needs to get his team out there finding the players next club now. This season is lost. Tell the players they are going and send them on holiday and work with the ones we want.

Dont really wanna be negative here….but seeing poch and with youness trying to find postives about him by saying he doesnt have a agent and his intellect is something we have seen with past managers and we all know how its ended up and how this will end up too. Poch probably wont make it past season 2 just becuase of the culture of the club and toxicity of senior players. We just cant seem to get out of this cycle and it wud take a really authoritative manager to handle these lot and fix the club culture. Sorry but poch aint and i wouldnt get your hopes up for next season. Poch could have signed and it's not being released yet. As for your club, winning CL in 2021 fucked you somewhat. the players you were signing around then were dead food. Lukaku, Havertz, Werner, Mendy, etc. These players aren't that good and need to move on. Now with a new owner, who clearly has no clue, it's all coming to a head. I can see Chelsea not being top four for a couple of seasons. The first task has to be clearing the crap players. you can't start another season with Havertz or Ziyech or the other shit players.
Todd boehly is the reason why we r suffering. He fired Tuchel just because he was no collaborating then he brought a mid table manager just because he was a better collaborator.
