As usual I agree with most of the things you say Sean but for me you got the Ben Davies assessment all wrong. For me he was the only one trying to play front foot Ange ball. Even VdV kept playing back to Forster ALL the time. Davies was let down by Peresic and Hojberg.
😅after last night it's clear we're not gonna take the cups seriously so who cares, we won't win the prem and I don't give a stuff about top 4.

I’m gutted pure hubris from Ange treating the cup as a training match yesterday!
When we got at Fulham a bit they wobbled. But our lack of threat let them at us. VdV was left hold it all together. I hope he wasnt injured. Ange proved our much deadwood we have.
Lo Celso was able to get us moving. Was it the lack of practise together? Yes. And realistically he is not Bissouma or Maddison. Horrible watch as an away fan.
