Of course YouTube and media have an impact because here we are talking about and listening to it. And it’s being used as another stick to beat him with by even commenting on how fair it is. And of course YouTubers and media will tell each other they’re doing nothing wrong.

It´s called influencers for a reason. That´s why they make big money from sponsors, BUT in the case of Harry MaGuire it´s justified, cause he has played very poor for United for more than 2 seasons, Southgate has always claimed he picks players on form, so how can he pick MaGuire that hasn´t played more than 20 minutes for United this season? ? ? So the criticism of MaGure is spot on!

Love GOLDBRIDGE and I feel for HM but he does not keep a good standard of performance. GOLDBRIDGE is right. The interviewer is too worried on feelings than how results are actually done.

Ten Hag whatever one thinks of him made the right decision to not only relieve maguire if captaincy but relegate him to the subs. He’ll only play him if he feels he has no choice. He knows deep down maguire isn’t good right now. Problem is he can’t get rid of maguire because he’s still on a contract and he refused to join West Ham because the offer wasn’t enough for him somehow. The least he could have done was go somewhere on loan.
Southgate on the other hand despite Maguire’s lack of time lately keeps putting him in the spotlight and along with every other media personality or former footballer and pundit keep acting shocked that people are critiquing Maguire’s performance. And it’s a pattern of poor performance. Southgate’s response to Maguire’s critics was basically him crapping on the fans in general. If he doesn’t want us to critique Harry, remove him from the England squad tell him to go join another club and gain a reasonable amount of game time.
Mark Goldbridge backed maguire to do well when he first came in. Goldbridge has been critiquing maguire for the longest time because he keeps showing a pattern of bad performances.
Someone in the “journalist media” (can’t remember the name) says that maguire is a better player than those who critique him. Firstly I’ll admit I’m not good at football at all but three quarters of Harry Maguire’s critics would run rings around him. Have the media in general forgotten that players willl be critiqued all the time because that’s how football works?
And Harry maguire has let United and England down. Even if they didn’t outright cost the game they’re still mistakes that could have costed the game. And as for his mother I get it, he’s her son but Harry maguire a 30 year old man should not need his mother to fight his own battles for him. Name another footballer who has had their family fight their battles for them.
