Mount reminds me of Mesut Ozil. Decent player but not the sort to lead by the scruff of the neck. Can't carry a team just a complimentary player really. Don't think it really would matter whether he goes or stays. Might improve ManU but a lot of players would improve ManU right now

As a Chelsea fan, Mount will be missed because he’s one of our own, but in terms of quality and effecting the game on the pitch I think Kova will be the bigger miss.

Well done Chelsea get rid of Mount and Kovacic to two PL rivals, while your in no rush to clear out Pulasic or ziech.
Frankly speaking, getting 70-80 million pounds for a player who can't average 10-15 goals across all competitions will be brilliant business for Chelsea. The only thing Mount, at this stage, has going for him is that he's a Chelsea youth product. He's nowhere near good enough to demand 250k per week and I don't see him displacing Fernandes, Rashford or Casemiro at United. Chelsea should do whatever they can to keep Kovacic and in the long run Gallagher could be a decent replacement for Kante.
I still think Chelsea shouldn't sell to United, just in case it turns out that Mount is in fact a great player and he helps them finish above Chelsea – that's not a risk they should take!
