To compair Mason Mount to Cristiano Ronaldo is unfair! Ronaldo turned out to be one of the greatest player of all time and Mason Mount has played two pre-season games. You dont need to play like Ronaldo or Georg Best to wear the number 7 shirt. So if I understand you right David Beckham didn't deserve the number 7shirt because he wasnt as good as Ronaldo. No one will probobly be able to match the achivement that Ronaldo did wearing that shirt. We need to give the players more time to adapt to the way Manchester Uniteds/Ten Hag are playing.
