He was great first half of the season but really fell off in the later part. Massively overrated player who is pretty invisible in games but can come up with a goal now and then, aint worth kdb money
What with this Man Utd talk today? No one cares about them talk about other clubs.

I know the narrative in the media is that Rashford's just had a great season and is back to his best after being mostly terrible for a few years but I wouldn't say that's the truth.
Rashford had an awful last few months of the season and he may have scored a lot of goals between the end of December and February(albeit mostly against terrible teams) but in terms of performances in The Premier League, he had quite a poor season.
His average rating in the league last season was just 6/10* and when you consider a mark or two is added to his rating when he scores, that just tells you how ordinary his Premier League displays were, on the whole.
*As given by the United fan who covers the club for The MEN.
Why are people even surprised. The PL is a PR machine with an average game intellect since all it does is hype interchangeable quality into special players with big price tags.
Manchester United has put so much into Rashford. You may think of him whatever you want. The next 5 years are going to be his peak of his career. We are talking Salah, or even Ronaldo numbers. I think United getting rid of him now would've been a disaster. Like Smailing or Herrera, who left when they became good. That's why I wonder if Anthony Martial is going to finally become fit sort of Van Persie vibes.
How a player that hasn’t got close to winning a league or CL is worth £200k per week (let alone £375k+) is beyond me. PR blinder from his team (fair play) and United continue to spaff obscene wages.

Ive said this since before he never deserved that number 10. He was never consistent yes he is a talented player but he isnt good enough he has more bad games than good. If he wasnt english he would have been in the scottish league by now.

He has only had 2 good seasons in his entire career but some pundits thinks he is in competition with Mbappe bkoz of some run of form last season which was bettered by Callum Wilson and Ivan Tony.

I’m a United fan I’d have offloaded him in a heart beat he’s no better than martial at them wages he’s a burden on the club all for a couple of good games after the World Cup then months of nothing again end of the season
This is another crazy Utd decision….Rashford has played well for 6 months in 2 years and they chucked a ridiculous salary and long term contract at him. He is so inconsistent. He dropped off a cliff at the end of last season and is likely to do it again. There is a very good chance that in 3 months, Talk Sport will be asking why Utd gave him such a ridiculous contract.
Far too many poor seasons and months in his career. He had a better season when lvg was there .
He needs to stay fit, work harder defensively to help his fullback and not just be a hit it over the top and chase it player. He needs to add more asissts and variety into his attacking game. It did look like he got injured and came back too quickly at the end of last year as well as his output dropped off and he was playing in patches at the end of the season. Martial and Rashfords wages they were already on was another example of paying too much too soon for players and now they either want more or leave for free, either way the club looks bad. This should be the contract Rashford was getting the 200k range not more. Rashford didnt want to go and his agents have played United like a fiddle, they know the PR and praise he gets is added to by being at United and in the Premiership.
How these players command these wages is beyond me. Rashford is not worth the money. We should have sold him. He is a good player but inconsistent and no way worth the best player wages at the club.
