Yes, from this angle it might seem a penalty foul, but viewed from other angles it becomes quite clear that it's not. There's a very short contact between Dumfries left fout and Acuna's right foot, Dumfries's foot then moves away from Acuna's. Acuna then stands very briefly on his right foot, after which he just draws his right under leg in under him and lets himself fall to the ground. What's also geving him away is that he grabs his knee as if in pain, while it's absolutely clear that Dumfries wasn't even anywhere near his knee.
