Raheem Sterling has been left out of the England squad for the games against Ukraine and Scotland. Southgate revealed that Sterling ‘is not particularly’ happy to have been dropped. The England manager praised Sterling for his domestic form, saying he anticipated ‘an excellent season with Chelsea’ for the winger, however he added that he didn’t ‘think anybody in this group of attacking players warrants being left out’.

  1. Embarrassing. So you say that about the attacking positions but then in CM and CB players that don't play football can get in over other players doing well at their clubs 🤡
