Declan Rice and Gabriel Jesus scored stoppage-time goals to take Arsenal to a famous 3-1 win over Manchester United on Sunday.

In a game packed with drama, United thought they had won it themselves on 88 minutes when Alejandro Garnacho broke free to score but a close VAR offside call denied him his moment. Erik ten Hag was adamant it should have stood.

Instead it was Arsenal’s £105m man who delivered the decisive goal, brilliantly controlling a corner at the back post before blasting a shot off 35-year-old Jonny Evans and past Andre Onana six minutes into added time.

Evans appealed for a foul from the cross but Rice’s celebrations into the crowd were an iconic moment, adding another remarkable chapter to this Premier League rivalry.

  1. He is over priced. Utter nonsense. He must prove himself with teams that are much stronger than United. Uniteds midfield is weak so he did not do anything extraordinary. Don't jump the gun

  2. I absolutely love how people don't think liverpool to challenge city they said they same thing the season after we had no cbs and we nearly won the quad 🤣🤣

  3. Why do the English media love to hype players (English) up… he score a bad shot deflected n score and they acting like he’s prime zidane … u can tell they were waiting for just one good thing from he signed bc it didn’t look great smfh

  4. The Partey RB experiment wasn't ideal, it was brought about by Timber's injury and Zinchenko not being available. Arsenal don't have enough depth in defense, Tomiyasu is covering 3 positions and has had injury problems in the past. The wheels could fall off again this season in the same way they did the past 2 seasons when defensive injuries led to a late collapse.

  5. We need to start getting pundits who have achieved at the top of their game. Not just people who have played. Especially on a premier channel like Sky. Also Women now have there own league, their own coverage. So lets start giving men back their jobs, and not tick the woke agenda tick boxes anymore

  6. Arsenal now need 26wins, 3draws and 5losses to be crowned premier league champions this season.

    It's not impossible!
    It's doable!!
    It's gonna happen!!!

  7. This is hilarious. In the 89th minute of the game Arsenal had lost, United were above them in the table and no one is saying a word about Rice or Arsenal. Garnacho is then a cm offside and Arsenal score a 96th minute deflection and Arsenal are being hailed and Man Utd are in Crisis 😂🤷🏻‍♂️.

  8. Their incessant need to prove this BACK FOUR Narrative. If you watch the game, Zinchenko moved to the side Partey would have occupied. This is ridiculous analysis.

Just because you see 4 names you recognize at that back, doesn't mean thats the function they play in the game.

its ridiculous that Warnock keeps trotting this dumb narrative of He realized he made mistakes. A player got injured thats not the same as realizing you made a mistake. It means that option is not their. The player that came in for Partey, still did the same job Partey was asked to do, on the Side Partey would have occupied.

Maybe the question should be, Why would Arteta keep putting some one to the right side of Rice?

could it be he sees that is a situation that can help Rice?

  9. I think one thing I really like about him is his dynamic physical ability. He just seems to be everywhere whenever we need him. He’s very different from Partey in that sense. He’s able to move so much quicker around the pitch, joining the attack in very advanced positions playing one twos even when he’s playing in that DM role. It’s giving us just that extra edge in the midfield.
