Mate, just want to say, your memes and videos on Facebook are such a massive thing of enjoyment for me – never stop – hope you get the views and subscribers on here you deserve soon!
I don't usually comment on youtube but your channel is class. i follow you on facebook as well, you are going to blow up on here, there is no bullshit and it's actually worth watching, you deserve 10k subs by the end of the year, Bring on the champions league, buzzing for that
I agree with you about bruno mainly because hes so good defensively and putting his foot in. Also watched tonali and he is defo an 8. Definitely seems to have more of an eye for a forward pass than bruno.
True about bruno mate.i dislike bruno stamping etc when he looses the plot also he keeps missing target.hes good but not that good
Could Bruno be sold for 100mil to Barcelona. How would we feel about this.
100% Facts !!! Tonali is not 6 but he can play anywhere in midfield where I think him and Bruno will alternate. Our midfield is going to be strong for next season .
cracking vid matey 👍👍👍
I think you might find Bruno and toon Ali mixing going forward between both of them with Linton holding back if they both go forward. My head is so confused how Mr howe gonna play this
absolutely nothing
They will b like rob Lee and speed they used to cover each other and we were class 👍
i told the guy hes a tool for doing clickbait rubbish lololsss
Your spot on about Bruno and your the only 1 saying it
Agree we need a proper left back. And if we could get Arda Guler in would be class!
got a feeling that he might take the place/rotate with longstaff. He seems to be a perfect fit for that role imo
I think you are spot on him and Bruno can both get forward and alternate together great midfield
they are going to create a fluid double pivot. Both are ballers, both have a wicked eye for a pass, both are tenacious on and off the ball, both work hard and have mad engines. We're building a squad on highly technical, high energy, high output players with a powerful engine room in the centre of the park. Tonali, Longstaff, Bruno, Willock & Joelintoon are all high energy all action players.
He's a great addition, will do it all and offer an additional angle / option to mean that more options will open up for Bruno et al!
We will be a force to reckon with this season come on the mighty toon army
Well said in the video, just recently subbed and fair to say you have hit the nail on the head and i get what you mean with other youtubers posting clickbait video links, love the videos keep it up
I agree about your take on Bruno. Toonali sounds like a great signing … perfect for our midfield with added flexibility… the Hendrick v2, our other Italian stallion!
First time on mate , it wont be the last, you are excellent, a breath of fresh air from the rest,
I reckon we need a third striker as a top priority…. We’ve only got 2 and both are perhaps susceptible to injury and we have a big season. Unless Gordon / Maxi are backups … which doesn’t make it imo
You would be surprised at he international support. In 2009 I made my first and only trip to St James park from South Africa to watch the toon loose to Hull in an FA Cup midweek game. I like many have been a fan since the 90's becuase of the entertainers.
I'm guessing the YouTuber your talking about is Adam p🤔
What is the clamour from, it would appear, most of our fans, content creators and commentators to find an immediate replacement for Dan Burn?
Replacing DBD would immediately alter the dynamics of what, last season, was the BEST defence, in the best and toughest league on the planet.
How can anyone GUARANTEE that replacing BDB will not weaken that defensive unit?
"Ah yes!", they cry, "But BDB does not give us the attacking threat on the left that Trips does on the right and a more "progressive" LB would create more chances."
I agree with that, but what he does do, and what that defensive unit do, is cover the dangers of Trips' marauding up the right wing.
And, by the way, creating chances was never a problem last season. Converting those chances was the #1 reason (along with atrocious VAR decisions) that we did not register a whole lot more points – perhaps enough to challenge for the title!
So, why, when with FFP spending at a premium, do we not focus that spending on attacking options.
There is an old maxim, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" and our defence, with BDB at LB, has proven that it definitely ain't broke.
All the website stats are being utilised in YouTube presentations and forums to show comparisons of how our potential, new, sexy LB replacements have much better stats than BDB with metrics on goals, assists, progressive carries, passes into goal-scoring areas etc. etc. etc..
Those exact same comparisons show that NOT ONE, that I have seen, can match DBD's metrics for interceptions, tackles, blocks, clearances etc. – the same DEFENSIVE attributes which were the foundation of success last season.
"I dread to think about BDB facing Mbappe." is the cry.
Well, all I would say is that none of the coveted replacements would perform very well against the world-class skills of an Mbappe either!
From memory the only roasting BDB received last season was one run by Jarred Bowen at West Ham – in a match which we WON 5 -1 – and a second attempt, by the same player in the same match, resulted in him (BDB) being very fortunate not to receive a booking in a dangerous position near the halfway line when he "took one for the team" in deciding that Bowen was not going to skin him again, and muscled him off the ball.
Proper defending!
I'd far rather that whatever we spend in this window is spent on players who will finish chances, shoot accurately from long range, and help us unlock the low-block defences which we will unquestionably encounter even more in the coming season, so that last season's draws, against the likes of Leeds (twice), Palace (twice), Bournemouth (twice), West Ham, Leicester, Wolves, and Chelski, are converted into wins.
That's twenty points there! Without any change to our defence, we win the league!
Can we be sure that replacing BDB will not result in conceding more goals and would not (in those very same fixtures) result in us LOSING ten points and just sneaking into 7th place ahead of Villa on goal difference.
I'd love somebody to explain where my logic is flawed and look forward to the comments.
Tierney is being kept out of the team by Zinchenko because he CAN'T give the required attacking option!
