This always happens to players and coaches. Then, as soon as things go bad for them at the bigger club, all of a sudden the same media turns on them and claim they are "out of their depth". Ex. Potter, Moyes, Fellaini, Maguire etc.)
One Brighton are hardly a small club and two the secret of Brightons success is the owner Tony Bloom and the CO not De Zerbi. Btw there is no way he would go to Chelsea.
