      I watched Luton at anfield in the 80s in a league cup tie .although Luton lost the tie, i must admit that Luton's philosophy isn't that different from the Hammers. So, beware it's not going to be an easy game.. !!

      This game will be totally different to the last two. Against Chelsea and Brighton we had 20 odd percent possession and had to concede control of the ball for large periods. Against Luton we will have more possession and will be favoured to attack more which brings a different pressure and gameplan. Luton will be buoyed by their first home premier game and will start fast and confidently. Tough game.

      What a dour, unimaginative, anti football mug he is. Hoof ball – 9 across the back, throw yourselves at the ball then hoof it up to a battering ram and hope for the best. It's not the West Ham way and he makes us fans of an older generation embarrassed by his crap, defensive, boring 'tactics'.

      Moyes is a consummate professional. And hasn’t gotten the credit he deserves. But as he pointed out, that’s mostly by faceless internet scum. It’s been a great time to be a West Ham supporter these last 3 years.

      I will never be totally convinced by Moyes until he learns to use subs correctly, especially when our players are tired and the momentum in tight games is clearly slipping away but he certainly knows how to handle these interviews well and he deserves massive credit for the way the team is performing at the moment.

      Stop moaning about deadline day if you had your business done earlier in the transfer window than we wouldn't be in this postion of having to worry about who coming in and who ain't

      He’s a total failure, saved us from relegation on two occasions, European football, and a trophy. Sack him now. 🤓

      I like the Hammers and wish them well this season – apart from tonight. Luton fans are unlikely to make this a pleasant experience for the visitors.

      Bearing in mind that both teams don't mind ceding possession it will be interesting to see which team takes the initiative – someone has to play with the ball after all.

      My crystal ball says 2 : 2

      If we sit back with a 70/30 possession against us against Luton then us west ham fans won't be happy…. unless we win 3 -0 or something like that but even so it's not a good watch for 90% of the game
