Al Hilal beat Al Ettifaq 2-0 in the Roshn Saudi League | BMS Match Highlights

An impressive first half performance saw Al Hilal beat Al Ettifaq 2-0 on Monday (28th August) in the latest action from the Roshn Saudi league.

Aleksandar Mitrovic was a constant threat for the hosts, but saw his early effort drift over the crossbar.

It was Malcolm who put them ahead in the 24th minute, providing a slick finish from a tight angle for a 1-0 scoreline.

A blistering volley from Salem Al Dawsari made it 2-0 shortly before the break.

Al Ettifaq stepped up in the second half, but were unable to get on the scoresheet – Mohammed Al Kuwaykibi was just off target with his effort late on.

Al Hilal sit second after four games of the season, while Al Ettifaq have drifted to fifth.
