      think a lot of ramsdales lapses especially as Arron admitted he lost his baby around Southampton game, explains maybe why he threw the ball to opposition in that game

      Raya isn't as phenomenal as Buvey is making him out to be. He's made arguably more mistakes in possession than arsenal's current keeper. Against Arsenal alone he's made 3 poor passes that led to goals in his last two seasons. 😂😂

      An important stat is that Raya had the best record for saving shots that 'Favour the keeper' (IE: have a low XG) and the best record for accurate progressive passes.

      Ramsdale however, was one of the best in terms of saves from shots that favour the striker (High XG)

      As an Arsenal fan, I think you’re spot on here. I like Ramsdale and thought he was pretty good on the whole last year, but he isn’t quite as solid and mistake proof as I’d like, and Raya is just a bit better, better distribution, less mistake prone. As you said, the margins are so fine in the premier league, so if Raya is even say a 10% improvement on Ramsdale, it’s good value for 25M.

      Raya is 27, hes not a young prospect.
      Raya is 183cm which is short for a goalkeeper hes even shorter than Jordan Pickford FFS, Ramsdale is 4-5 inches taller than Raya and like 10kg+ heavier…
      WTF is this guy on about? He has no f-ing clue….

      Love this addition. If ramsdale or raya have a dip in form or get injured you have a very solid backup.

      Arsenal won't win the premier league. but you know that! You're just saying this so if they do win, you can tell everyone you were right and Arsenal had to win it. If they don't you can call them bottlers so you win either way. Don't be so predictable.

      Ramsdale reminds me of Joe Hart for City he was a good keeper but to go next level you have to make tough decisions and I feel this is one of those transfers that elevate us more

      Imagine if City dont win the league with having the best striker in the world, Best playmaker in the world, best holding midfielder in the world, 2nd best goalie in the world, 1 of the best cbin the world. It will be the biggest choke if ity dont win the league with tiose players.

      Extremely smart business. Raya will push Ramsdale this season and if he impresses we can trigger the buy option. If Ramsdale improves further to elite levels, it would have cost us just £3m to have a top keeper in reserve. Edu does it again 👏🏽

      Absolutely right Buvey, imho, if we wan't to win then Raya has to be our keeper, Alisson and Ederson are the reason for City and Liverpool dominance as they are world class, towards the end of the season Ramsdale started making mistakes under pressure that cost us the title as much as I adore Ramsdale…

      Plot twist; Buvey only gassing up Raya now and wants him to start instead of Ramsdale next season is because he probably knows Raya is going to have an awful season debut at Arsenal and in turn ruin Arsenal's title run next season. Lmao
