We all love Reece and he's world class when fit, but he hasn't been fit or anywhere close to the old Reece James in the past few seasons. The Olise move is off because Chelsea was in advanced talks (close to finished) with Crystal Palace on a loan deal for Hall, but when Newcastle came in all of a sudden (and Hall preferred a move close to home), Chelsea decided to sell.
