The only way to put Maguire in his place is for Southgate to finally bench him. That's enough. A Center back who doesn't start for his club can't play for one of the best national teams in the world, period. It should've been done way earlier but now, Maguire was offered starting position at a club which plays in Europe and is generally located in the middle of the table with no real threat of relegation. He rejected so harry should finally lose his starting position for England
