I've been watching Utd since the 80s and have to say they have spent 200m unwisely, a GK who will cost us points with his eccentricity, a midfielder who has not turned in a decent performance for the last 2 years and has gone backwards and an unproven striker with a dodgy back. Optimism is all well and good, but I doubt they are any better than last season.
