I think the reason we played so many teams V teams in 45 min sessions in the friendlies out of the first 11 players, plus the new signings, plus the squad players was partly to see how things worked without Kane without drawing to attention from the public.. 👍🏼
This is the problem we have with certain spurs fans ,they accept being average …what goes through anyones mind to suggest OLIVER SKIPP could become a future leader in the spurs team ..he is part of our problems in midfield and u could see that against brentford ,hes such a basic player who brings litrally nothing to the table

For me, I didn't see the same confidence as I did against even Barca where he just dribbled around 3-4 players effortlessly multiple times. Now he looked like whenever he got the ball he just wanted to get rid of it. He was great defensively and yes, he had the most touches in game, but for me he didn't look confident at all. He always passed the ball whenever he got it immediately. Maybe I expect too much from him, but I wanted him to take much more risks going forward and trying to create chances.
About Gift Orban, I genuinely think that he's a generational talent and perfect for Ange's system. He's similar to Haaland in a sense that he just scores goals from everywhere, with every part of his body. He's also a pretty good dribbler even. I believe Richarlison just doesn't fit this system. It's not that he's playing badly, misses chances, he's just ghosting all the time, like he's not even on the pitch. He doesn't know how to position himself. If we get Orban i really think we're starting to build a very potential team and on a long-term maybe we could even fight with financial monsters like Chelsea or Manchester City.
Great video. There is alot more to come from Angeball. There were no real runs beyond our wingers (inside and outside) which is the real difference with Angeball. I think this was down to us not being as fit as needed and that PL players take longer to adopt to a new system. When this comes, it will stretch the low block and will create even more chances that will suit Richarlison. May take a few weeks but will be better next week.
For me, the Ndombele saga pisses me off. When more than two managers came to the same conclusion, then I think he should go when situation doesn't improve till winter. Tbh, I wouldn't mind to see him go this transfer window. I get it that he is a gifted player but that is clearly not enough.

I did look previous;y, but after seeing so much rubbish stated, I stopped. I don't believe a lot of these accounts are true supporters, or even support Spurs in the first instance!
Ange has been boasting about Bissouma from his very first training day, his preseason form was outstanding making Barca midfielders looks second rate, I really like his Sarr is coming along too. Exciting year ahead!

I'm so glad I don't subscribe to places like Twitter. I have all the real updates from Alasdair really. I don't watch Sky sports news too much these days. All it's been is about where Kane should go and why would he go to Bayern etc.
I was annoyed when I heard the rumour of Eric Dier because it was spurs express who tweeted the rumour out and he was one of my trusty spurs news outlets and he obviously hadn't done his due diligence. if I''m going to believe anyone now its you and Romano.
I'm more concerned with Kulu than Son at the moment. He seems very predictable and easy to read. The opposition know he will always cut in on thw left foot.
Sorry Ali but Dombers deserves no sympathy or good feelings of any kind. A supremely talented player who has refused to put the work in. I depise his attitude while thinking what millions of kids would sacrifice for a fraction of his talent.
