As a city fan that was clearly a penalty. VAR once again ruining football

Anyone who watches that and can agree to a No penalty decision shouldnât be watching the sport, especially if youâre a professional pundit.
As a United fan this is 100% a penalty. I donât understand how the ref AND VAR can âmissâ this (isnât that what VAR is for?), and then the ref later apologised to Gary OâNeill saying it was a clear penalty???
Another thing is that we will now have this âequalised against usâ in a subsequent game. The quality of refereeing in the âbest league in the worldâ is so poor.
