He's a very good talent but I don't think we'll be in for him seeing as United are going for Amrabaat. Unless other Premier League teams are scared by Chelsea's monopoly of top talent in midfield, I'd hope that United would be progressive and buy 2 midfielders but with the Glazer's in charge, I don't see that happening.
