      Makes perfect sense for Henderson. More money in 2 years than hes earned his entire career, his playing time is about to get more limited..Won everything in the game and leaves a Legend. Liverpool meanwhile will get a nice sum for a 33 year old in decline. Makes sense for everyone.

      I love the justification for greed coming out of everyone's mouths! Nothing about the human rights abuses in Saudi. Money talks and sports washing is just accepted now. Money ruined football a long time ago. City, PSG and newcastle money laundering and now this. Russia and Qatar getting last World cups due to corruption. Beginning of the end for football.

      For now, the Saudis are only attracting players at the end of their career. What is they are able to attract younger players in future (as challenging as that may be), would the Saudi league become a real competitor to the big leagues of Europe, say in 10+ years? I am interested people's thoughts on this.

      Players historically moved to another club for better prospects so what’s the problem. Henderson deserves this move like all others like CR and LM who has moved on to greener pastures

      So what the guy is old coming to the end of his career he surly didn't make any $$ at Liverpool same as Gerrard he has won every single thing with Liverpool he has his family to take care of so what if he leaves and go and grab a big pay day..My question for all of don't you still buy the Lotto even when you're working ???       All these athletes supporting LGBTQ+ is just lip service.
      Taking the knee, rainbow laces, flags, armbands etc is all about 'ticking the right boxes'.
      When it comes to hard cash, it all goes out the window.
      Would l do the same thing in Henderson's position ? Hell yeah !
