Was quite excited about beale when he first came but after the weekend and then tonight’s flat performance I don’t think it’s going to work out is it? Let’s be honest. He’s a very likeable guy and all that but that’s not what we need. I feel it’s going to be an expensive mistake. I hope I’m wrong but you’ve got to say it as you see it. We should’ve been going in at half time tonight 4-0 up.

Same story as last season. Teams know how to keep us out. Just 'park the bus' and we have no imagination on how to break it down. Take too long to go from back to front. Need less backward passing and more forward momentum.

To convince me Mr.Beale, you need to show you can make the big decisions.
