Ghana will play Uruguay on Friday (2nd December) in the final round of Group H games.

Portugal have already booked their place in the round of 16, but Uruguay, Ghana and South Korea are all in contention.

Manager Otto Addo was clear that the pressure is on Uruguay – with only one point, they must win the match – while Ghana have already beaten South Korea.

Addo was also reluctant to be drawn into a revenge narrative – Ghana lost to Uruguay 4-2 on penalties in their only previous World Cup meeting in 2010, when Luis Suarez was sent off for a deliberate hand ball that denied Ghana the winner.
