      Foden brst englplayer no one would play lol. He isn't s kid any more. He may become midfield maestro buthe is just very good on form atm. Most over hyped player of all time. Better than Messi 😂😂😂

      Foden in my opinion is top tier, he’s actually one of the English players that’s underrated and not over hyped like a couple English players

      Goldstein always has the worst takes! Foden is very talented no doubt but hes not as good as Son and im a Chelsea fan. I think Son is criminally underateed, he's scored at least 10 PL goals in 7 straight seasons. Foden just achieved it last season and he plays for a better team in City. As a matter of fact, I'll take Son over Martinelli, Grealish and Rashord as well!

      I think this will be the year that English fans start to realize that Foden isn't all that.

      In the general scheme of things, he is a squad player at city. After 7 years of being hailed as the Heir apparent to Silva, he is still not fully trusted in midfield

      He has also flattered to deceive for England, and Southgate gets blamed cos people wanna protect their opinions on this guy.

      He is just not that good😊

      I am appalled that he messed his career up, but I think greenwood is a better talent than Foden

      Foden’s issue in my opinion is he hasn’t nailed down a position, is he an 8 is he a 10 sometimes he is wide. Oxlade chamberlain (not as good as foden) was similar in that way. You need a position that you make your own. He ain’t young anymore and needs to nail a position otherwise city will sign players who have a natural position and foden will spend his whole career as this talented player who actually should have done better cos he was always in and out the side. He should by now be one of the first names on the England sheet and city’s

      If Kovacic plays, where do the goals come from if Haaland is not at it? Grealish, bernado, rodri n Kovacic r not prolific. Foden is the best goalscoring midfielder that city have. The defensive balance might be a problem though

      Foden starts in midfield over anyone in the city sqaud apart from kdb and rodri, people talking about a gundo replacement when we already have one there foden is a world class player and if he gets a run of games will progress to be one of England’s best ever players imo

      There is nobody in English media that has a bigger English bias than Goldstein.
      He thinks every English player is 30% better than they actually are.

      People say fell down the pecking order, doesn't start etc. But he got injured twice last year for collectively 3 months, then the WC, then a treble where you can't disrupt the team. Foden was flying early on

      Still have no idea what people see in Grealish. He had 5 goals 7 assists the whole of last season. Foden played less minutes and got 11 goals 5 assists. Someone explain what Grealish does because I don't see it.

      Rashford – Kane – Saka
      Foden
      Bellingham – Rice

      That would be my ideal England attack/midfield

      Rice is the sweeper, Bellingham the box-to-box powerhouse, Foden the playmaker with vision and technique, Rashford and Saka with sheer pace can score and assist and Kane can bury them!

      Foden is an intricate player with great ball control and passing vision, his best position is through the middle as he lacks pace and aggression to play wide, plus he’s been derailed by injuries which has put his consistency down, he needs a good run ( 1,2 seasons with nonstop playing time to achieve his true potential ) .
