Jonathan David for Arsenal. Sell Balagon and loan Eddie for now and when the end of the loan comes sell him. Keeping Balagun is what I think would be best and give him opportunity to play and then later if he still want to go sell him. Nketiah has had his chances and did not totally secure his place so why not give Balagun a chance too.

How can 10m for turner be a good deal but Manchester United can reject 30m for mctominay, same for maguire and Chelsea rejected 45m for Gallagher. All 3 players were made fun of by their fans last season. If these were arsenal players I am sure we will be saying 20m is fine. In the current market where clubs are paying over the odds for average players, we are negotiating termination of pepe contract.

Havertz is a different option for what we need at Arsenal

I believe @Greg Beales comments, he was probably thinking about the Balogun situation. He went and scored all those goals in ligue 1, but almost nobody rates him high enough. If he was doing that in one of the 3 top leagues, the line of suitors would be long.
Thing with Kudus, he's just turned 23, so if he signs a 5 year deal, the next club he goes to is going to take a significant a lot of his prime adult career. If they accept a 35 mill bid from Brighton and Kudus does well, he's stuck there for the 5 years as they'll demand £90 million +.
Players of that age of quality if they have interest from bigger clubs have to be really careful with their moves now as Brighton will demand an unreachable fee for a lot of teams.
Agree on the mins, if they only play an avg of 55 mins out of the 90mins, that's only a little above half the game they actually played so how was the players actually put in more risk? Now if the ball was in play for over 90 actual played mins then I can understand. But even with the 10-15 extra mins at the end that still wouldn't be over 90 actual in play mins.

Eddie in my eyes is fourth choice striker behind Jesus, Havertz and Trossard. And if we do get somebody like Kudos on the books, i think eddie for his own careers sake needs to go, even if only on loan, to bag some regular minutes!

why keep balogon for a season and not play him? he should first choice striker as he scored more goal than any of our strikers last season, I am amazed you hold that oppinon !

I didn’t listen to the Arsecast, but if you cut the amount of time that a game lasts, it becomes more unpredictable. Just like if a better side were to play a weaker one 100x instead of 10x. The fewer times, the more luck can affect the outcome.
