139 lb / 63.5 kg bout in 1988 Seoul Olympics where the two fighters had to box each other again because the first bout ended with the Korean decked by the American when the bell in the other ring confused the Korean boxer. In the rematch, Foster quickly drops Jin-Chul with a right cross, and later finishes him off with a huge left hook.

I was at the venue that night. The whole production was just increadible, but not in a good way. This was the first boxing "do-over" in Olympic history. The Korean boxer was used as a pawn by the KBA. When this didn't work out in favor of Korea Roy Jones was made to pay the price.
I went on tp fight Todd as a professional, he is a good fighter but I beat him like a drum. He was a good fighter but protected by Top Rank.
Todd foster is my boxing instructor
