Ismael best coachs in the World, Watford choose the right coach to be in top 2 or 6 this season, and can build a base to next years of Watford.
He make miracles in all clubs, his teams are so intense, want to get the ball, well organized, but is just not the tatic, is great on lidership and motivation too, for me top 5, 10 coachs for sure, i know what i´m talking about.
He made a game with my Sporting on Europa League, was in LASK, was the best game i see a small team made with my club, we win 2-1, but LASK could win 5 or 6, was so impressive all game, my Sporting can´t go out of area, win, because have better players and Bruno Fernandes, but his team was incredible.
He was te coach more close to catch austrian title to Salzburg, 1º place on regular phase, on playoffs, the things don´t went so well.
On Barnsley make the best job I see in Championship, Barnsley is a small club, was in relegation, he went in November and end league in 5º place, on playoffs, was incredible.
On WBA and Besiktas, he make the best he could, but are 2 clubs ungovernable, with no strategy, no organization, is impossible to have sucess, see the many coachs this 2 have, no one make better or equal than Ismael.
WBA is on middle table, fired Ismael on 5º place, Besiktas was 1º in first games with him, fired because was 3º or 4º place, on 3 or 4 points to 1º, end 3º place with other coach, but with more buys in January, and it´s more easy development a team, with more time, the beggin is always the most hard work for a coach.
Is very similar to Amorim of my Sporting, don´t know if he continues to use 3 def, but he is great on 4-2-3-1 or 3-4-3.
best feeling as a watford fan in a while, going again to plymouth next week. hope its as good as this was!!!
