Such a good manager shows the faith he has in young players even when they make mistakes. Other managers would never start them again if they gave away two penalties in a match (not naming any names👀).
What a brilliant coach. Finds these young talents and coaches them first them puts them in the team at the right time. Poch is top. I think perfect for real Madrid because their recent policy is to buy young players. Poch is perfect to bring these types of players on. Asensio, junior, Vallejo, llorente and so on….
