As a Barça fan I never liked dembele. Since day one he’s hasn’t been at Barça level. He’s an overrated player and has nothing on his belt to prove that he’s a top player. Just injuries every single season and when the CL comes around he disappears.

Dembele's transfer was wrong since the very beginning. They signed a RW to replace Neymar, a LW. I remember what happened when Dembele joined, Suarez was moved to the left, Messi played up front with Dembele on the right. This made no sense. And then he got injured and Barcelona had to get some other LW.
I am very relieved that he is gone. I never saw anything special in him. He is good for highlights but can't win you games.

It seems last year Dembele was PSG bound until Mbappe signed a new deal meaning Dembele had to renew his contract at Barcelona with a secret clause. Ousmane Dembele outsmarted Xavi and Barcelona with his contract despite Barca was willing to let him go for nothing last year. Now Dembele will be a PSG player and once again Barcelona will have to live with another poor decision since they sold Neymar Jr to PSG.
