  1. Lol because he don't manage in England eh if he was managing an english team these deluded English commentators would be singing about him and how great the prem isπŸ˜‚

  2. England have not beaten a top team in world cup knockouts for decades, probably since 1980s, before Euro 2021 they never won a knockout game in euros.

England's WC wins since 2006 world cup

    Paraguay
    Trinidad and tobago
    Ecuador
    Slovenia
    Panama
    Tunisia
    Sweden
    Senegal
    Colombia
    Wales
    Iran

    England always been bottlers.

  3. International football is different to Club management that's why he is put in the elite management section. Same with people that think southgate is a top coach

  4. Bc he’s basically in a blessed position where in France his team pool for sqaud1,2,and 3 are all world class or borderline that level he didn’t build anything

  5. Clearly a great, a true leader. Won the WC and Euros as captain of a beast France team, now coach of them and possibly on the verge of back to back world cups, let alone his domestic trophies at a time when French football was way more even and competitive across the board. Guy is class.

  6. France just play pragmatic football but their talent pool is ridiculous, they can create about 3 top-class elevens. This is a squad that came into the World Cup with 5 or 6 injuries to first-teamers yet you can still look at them & think they have the most balanced & most talented squad in the tournament. You should give him praise since he won a World Cup & has a great chance of winning it back-to-back but most people have the commonsense to understand that it's not the most difficult job in the world to achieve with the set of circumstances he has been blessed with, similar to Zidane at Madrid tbh.

  7. I bet France and Deschamps himself is glad he’s away from the media spotlight. The man is a tactical genius. Granted he has world class players at his disposal but to make them all play together successfully is more difficult than it sounds.

  8. The embarrassment of riches at his disposal makes it harder for him to stand out as the manager, especially with the likes of Mbappe and Griezmann available, not to mention the currently injured Benzema. He also lost a Euros final at home as heavy favourite and the last EC campaign as reigning world champions was fairly disastrous. With that said, he has added the Nations League and should France retain the World Cup, there's no doubt his all-time standing would skyrocket.

  9. Not to forget he got Monaco to CL final. They had no business to get there at that time with the money and finance other clubs had.

  10. I think if he goes on to win the World Cup again he should go back to club football and prove people wrong. People forget he took Monaco πŸ‡²πŸ‡¨ to the CL final.

  11. Tifo IRL did a great video on how great his coaching was against England.

The way France's midfield was set up to nullify England. He's obviously a class coach.

  12. Deschamps has managed solid European level sides like Marseille, Monaco, and Juventus. I don't think he'll be lacking elite club level opportunities if he decides to leave the France National Team
